The crew arrived on time and as scheduled. Everyone worked at a steady pace. I cannot express my satisfaction with Emilio and his follow-up calls and visits.
Completed the job as was outlined in the contract. Follow-up by Emilio has been exemplary.
I had very little contact with the office, however when I did, it always ended in a positive experience.
Jerry Fowler was responsive to all of my concerns. He followed up with all of my issues.

Emilio did his best to insure cleanup, however I have found several nails in the yard. Not a huge issue, but could have been had anyone stepped on one.

I got 5 estimates before choosing a contractor. Yours was $2,000.00 more than the next closest. However, your company addressed my biggest concern, a leak around the chimney. A written 10 year guarantee that my chimney will not leak made my decision easy.
