What made you choose our company:

Following the hurricane, I had difficulty with my insurance company covering damage to my roof that caused even more damage inside my house. After contacting several local roofers, I decided I needed to do a bit more research and find a reputable company that was honest and had higher standards. Lucky for me, Ernie Smith & Sons services a large area including La Porte. Your service was impeccable, and the pricing was very competitive! Zach visited with me and evaluated my roof; he was absolutely wonderful as he listened to my every concern. Then Aaron met with my insurance company and successfully proved my case to the adjuster. After that, Jennifer was so very patient as she helped me with scheduling. They are just a great group of people!! I didn't think your company could get any better, but .... Miguel, the project manager, and Misael's crew were absolutely incredible! They did a wonderful job, addressed any concerns I had, and provided wonderful workmanship as they put on a new roof. As I look upon my house, it is hard to believe they left only 30 minutes ago!! They not only did a wonderful job on my roof, but they left my yard in immaculate condition. If only every business ran this way!! I am a real customer who received some really great customer service - what an incredible company you are!!! THANK YOU!!!
