Mrs. Chi, who has used our company before for a roof tune up, contacted us again after a big storm. She knew that she could trust us with handling the job of the bigger repairs needing done on her roof. We sent our Sales Manager, Matt Jensen, who had previously worked with Mrs. Chi, back out to this home to see what was going on. Matt Jensen tirelessly worked with her insurance adjuster to get this job approved. He got it approved right away, however the insurance company did not pay enough to get the job done, so we had to go back and supplement to get the rest of the repairs covered. This included challenging repairs on thirteen windows.
