Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This customer reached out to us for a roof replacement because his existing composition shingle roof was getting old. The job was started on 4/22/21 and finished on 4/23/21.

The homeowner had an old roof that needed to be replaced. We installed a brand new GAF composition shingle roof.

This beautiful Manvel home was in need of a new roof due to years of sun, wind, rain and hail beating down on it. After being shown the different types of roofing systems that can be installed on their roof, the homeowner decided to go with this gorgeous GAF Timberline HD roofing system in Pewter Gray.

To further serve curb appeal, the owner also upgraded to GAF Timbertex which is a high-profile ridge cap that makes the roof stand out more than any roof around.

This job in particular required extra care of the landscape around due to the native texas wildflowers that were planted around the property. We at Ernie Smith and Son's take pride in taking the extra precaution to cover and avoid damaging the landscape. This roof was completed in one day due to the efficient management of the project and our installer's great work.

This customer had a hole in the eve of their existing roof. We began a roof replacement on 5/27/21 and finished 6/2/21. We installed a beautiful 30 year warranty GAF 'weathered gray' composition shingle.

This customer noticed some water marks on her roof so she called us and asked for a roof inspection and roof replacement.
