Mrs. Angela M. called our office in October, 2016, knowing she needed a new roof. She requested an inspection and a free roof estimate. Our sales representative called her and set up an appointment with her.
The roof was in rough shape, as she had described in the initial call. A contract was provided and an agreement was signed. We went to work one week later, and replaced her roof. The manufactured home's design allowed for water entry in various areas on the roof. The rotted decking in several areas was replaced, and the new underlay and shingles went into solid decking. We double-layer the underlay we install to ensure rain doesn't get into the house.

Mr. Jason C. contacted our office because of the stellar reputation we've been able to acquire. He needed a price on his roof's replacement.
Our sales representative went out to this job, measured, the roof, and gave him a quote for full replacement. The customer and our sales representative came to an agreement and we got started. This roof had some tricky areas. The chimney was problematic, but we installed new flashing and new moisture barrier (GAF StormGuard) around the chimney, thus preventing continuous leaking problems. This roof was replaced in under two days. The color change was dramatic, as can be seen in the pictures.

The customers paid only their deductible, and there entire roof would be replaced. The adjuster inspected the property, and accepted the damages on the claim. We got to work shortly afterwards, and replaced this roof within two days. There were other parts of the claim, including interior work. We performed this work as well, using our professional crews to do an outstanding job.

Mrs. DyAnne and her husband had some issues with their roof in Alvin, TX. She contacted our office regarding "soffit" that had fallen through at her house. We set the appointment on the phone, and our service representative met her the next day. The roof had many issues, including very poor workmanship from the previous roofer in Alvin, TX.

We called and set an appointment to check for hail\wind damage and the insurance gave approval for a brand new roof. We could not start on the roof before we got an HOA approval (the approval letter will detail any conditions that the owner must follow, such as time limits, hours that work cannot be performed, etc.). The customer then asked for supplement numbers before starting on the roof. We emailed a written estimate and got a signed contract for a start date to do the job. The customer called for advice regarding his claim needing an extension. The starting date of this job was 7/11/18. The crew and Bentley Windstorm engineer were scheduled and permit acquired online. We will be installing the Solitude. Shutters are to be installed Friday afternoon. We finished this job on 7/18/18.
